Make your reservations now to join us for the Chamber’s Annual Legislative Day Trip to Florida’s Capital City!

Option 1: Pre-Legislative Day & Optional Dinner (SOLD OUT)

Wednesday, January 21, 2026
(You must also select Option 3 to participate in Thursday’s Legislative Day events.)

Daytime Activities:
Wednesday is designed as an opportunity to meet one-on-one or in small groups with legislators and government officials to promote the Chamber’s Legislative Priorities or your own business or organizational interests.

  • The Chamber will coordinate group meetings that day and can also assist participants in scheduling individual appointments.
  • Participants provide their own transportation to Tallahassee.

  • Includes pre-dinner cocktail hour and drinks
  • $95 per person (paid in advance)
  • Limited to the first 50 registrants

A limited number of rooms are being held for Tuesday, January 20 and Wednesday, January 21.
Please email Ardath when you register to request a room. The Chamber will provide rooming lists to hotels by December 19. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Option 2: Legislative Day with Round-Trip Bus Transportation

Thursday, January 22, 2026 (SOLD OUT)
$90 per person

Includes:

  • Round-trip bus transportation from Citrus County to Tallahassee
  • Admission to all Legislative Day sessions
  • Elegant catered lunch in the Plaza Room, TSC at Kleman Plaza

Schedule Highlights:

  • Morning sessions with legislators and agency officials discussing key local, regional, and state issues
  • Keynote speaker (to be announced)
  • Afternoon free time to observe House and Senate sessions, attend committee meetings, or explore the Capitol area
  • Return trip to Citrus County late afternoon
