The Citrus County Chamber of Commerce is working with local community partners to better understand workforce opportunities, employer needs, and potential barriers related to second-chance hiring, the practice of considering qualified applicants who have previously been incarcerated and are working to successfully re-enter the community.
Your feedback will help us identify where education, resources, partnerships, and support may be needed to better connect individuals with meaningful employment opportunities while also supporting the needs, concerns, and hiring standards of local businesses.
