As the Special Events Manager at the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, I am thrilled to announce that preparations for this highly anticipated event are in full swing. 

To make this year's BAM BBQ a resounding success, we are reaching out to esteemed community members like you, who have always shown a strong commitment to supporting and uplifting Citrus County. 

The Annual Chamber BAM BBQ is not just an event; it’s a celebration of our vibrant business community. Entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders from various industries will gather to showcase their products, services, and innovations. However, none of this would be possible without the valuable contributions of dedicated volunteers like you.

Volunteer Roles and Shifts Available: 

We understand that everyone has different schedules, so we offer various volunteer slots to fit your availability:

 Wednesday, October 23, 2024 

•Set-Up: 9:30 am - ? 

Thursday, October 24, 2024 

•Set-Up: 8:30 am - ? 

•Sponsor Lounge Décor: 4 pm – 5:45 pm 

•Final Set-Up: 4 pm – 7 pm 

•Floaters: 4 pm – 9 pm 

•Check-In: 4:30 pm – 8 pm 

•Food Servers: 5 pm – 8 pm 

•Sponsor Lounge Food Servers: 5 pm – 8 pm 

•Trash Pick Up: 5 pm – 9 pm 

•Parking: 5 pm – 8 pm 

•Clean Up: 9 pm 

Friday, October 25, 2024 

•Final Clean-Up: 9:30 am - ? 

Your entry to the BAM BBQ is complimentary as a volunteer, and after your shift, you're welcome to join in the festivities! 

How to Volunteer: Simply reply to this email (Events@CitrusCountyChamber.com) with your preferred shift(s) and area(s) of interest. Our team will provide further details and assign you to a role based on your preferences.
