Volunteers for Business Preparedness Pathway (CCSO All Hazards Expo)

We’re reaching out with a last-minute volunteer opportunity to support the Chamber’s Business Preparedness Pathway at the CCSO All Hazards Expo on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the: College of Central Florida – Lecanto Campus 3800 S Lecanto Hwy., Lecanto, FL We’re looking for a few helping hands from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM to assist with various event tasks. Even partial availability is appreciated! Event Schedule & Volunteer Needs: Set-up: 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM (tables, chairs, signage, exhibitor support) Expo Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Panel Discussion: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM (guide panelists to correct classrooms) Breakdown: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM Volunteer duties may include: ✔ Setting up tables and chairs ✔ Assisting exhibitors to their assigned locations ✔ Guiding panelists to classrooms ✔ Helping with breakdown and clean-up We understand this is short notice, but we were just informed that CCSO may need additional support, and we’d like to step up and assist them.
