REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO 15 PARTICIPANTS. THIS CLASS IS 8 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS. YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE THE SECOND CLASS TO PARTICIPATE. 

This free educational program is for adults with mental health conditions who want to better understand themselves and their recovery. Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, it includes activities, discussions, and informative videos. As with all NAMI programs, it does not include recommendations for treatment approaches.
