Monday Meetup: Careers & Community is back! 

After a summer break, we're kicking off the new season with a topic every student already uses every day without realizing it: Marketing, PR & Communications. 

Join us Monday, September 14, 4:00–5:00 PM at The Twistid Arts Initiative Studio for a laid-back, no-presentations conversation with three Citrus County professionals who've built real careers shaping how people see and understand our community: 

-️ Veronica Kampschroer — Special Projects Manager for Citrus County, whose career path ran from the county library system through tourism marketing to being the voice residents trust during emergencies 

- Auvis Cole — Tourism Director for the Citrus County Visitors & Convention Bureau, who markets our entire county to visitors around the world 

- Ryan & Krystal Downs — owners of Digital Hound Media and Citrus County Live, who help local businesses get seen and help local stories get told 

No slides, no lectures, just honest conversation and real Q&A. Middle and high school students are welcome to come ask what these careers are actually like. Parents are also welcome to join with your students!
