Join Us as a Volunteer for the Annual Chamber BAM BBQ!

We are excited to announce preparations are underway for the Annual Chamber BAM (Business Appreciation Month) BBQ! As Special Events Manager at the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, I invite you to join us in making this celebration of our vibrant business community a huge success.

This event brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders to showcase their products, services, and innovations—but none of it would be possible without dedicated volunteers like you!

Volunteer Roles and Shifts:
We have a variety of shifts to fit your schedule. Each role contributes to a smooth and enjoyable event:

Wednesday, October 22, 2025

• Set-Up (9:30 am – ?) – Help put up tents, arrange tables and chairs, lay linens, and decorate the venue.

Thursday, October 23, 2025

• Set-Up (9:30 am – ?) – Assist with putting up tents, arranging tables and chairs, laying linens, and adding décor.
• Sponsor Lounge Décor (4 pm – 5:45 pm) – Make the sponsor area welcoming and beautifully set up.
• Final Set-Up (4 pm – 7 pm) – Handle last-minute adjustments before doors open.
• Check-In (4:30 pm – 8 pm) – Welcome attendees and guide them through registration.
• Food Servers (5 pm – 8 pm) – Help serve meals to guests.
• Sponsor Lounge Food Servers (5 pm – 8 pm) – Provide food and beverages for sponsors.
• Trash Pick-Up (5 pm – 9 pm) – Keep the event space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
• Parking (5 pm – 8 pm) – Assist with parking logistics and directing vehicles.
• Clean-Up (9 pm) – Help break down booths and tidy the venue.

Friday, October 24, 2025

• Final Clean-Up (9:30 am – ?) – Ensure the venue is completely cleared and ready for the next event.
