Account Representative
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to increase retention and agency growth.· Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.· Address and resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.· Utilize your knowledge of State Farm’s insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.· Prospect new clients through calling, networking, and follow-up on leads.· Actively work and manage leads provided by the agency to convert them into customers.· Represent the agency at community events, fairs, and other outreach opportunities to promote products and services.· Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.· Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
