What You’ll Do:

As an Advertising & Marketing Sales Executive, you will:

Build and Grow Client Relationships: Develop and manage a portfolio of local businesses by understanding their needs and crafting customized marketing solutions.
Generate New Business: Use strategic prospecting and consultative sales techniques to identify and convert leads into loyal clients.
Deliver Impactful Presentations: Demonstrate the value of our print, digital, and event marketing solutions with compelling proposals.
Exceed Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through consistent performance.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends and enhance your skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission potential ($50,000 – $75,000+ total annually).

Digital Marketing:

Social media marketing

Video and Event Marketing:

Traditional Advertising:

Print advertising in the Citrus County Chronicle, Marion Citizen, and Riverland News
Special section sponsorships

What You Bring:

Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years in sales (advertising or media sales a plus).
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including lead generation and social media.
Communication Skills: Strong presentation abilities and relationship-building expertise.
Self-Motivated: A hunter mentality with the drive to seek new business and exceed targets.
Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and insurance.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
