- Active NMLS-licensed MLO currently closing at least one deal per month (preferred — we're also open to training the right person who's hungry to learn)
- Licensed or willing to become licensed in Florida and/or Michigan

- Comfortable working with first-time buyers, veterans, and self-employed borrowers
- Self-motivated and ready to build something meaningful
