Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

• Tobacco free

• Clean driving record

• CDL-Class A Driver’s License desirable, not required

Motivated individual with good communication skills, common sense and the ability to follow instructions and

work without direct supervision

Willingness to learn – we are willing to teach if you are willing to learn

Must be able to lift 100 pounds

Must provide good employment history, business references and personal references

Must submit to an extensive background check

Job Duties:

• Any experience running equipment, including tractors, front end loaders, plows, disks, mowers, dump

trucks, etc.

• Mechanical knowledge, diesel and gas, oil change, etc.

• Welding experience desired, not required

• “Handyman” type household maintenance (light plumbing, electrical)

• Install and repair fence

• Mow

• Disk

• Trim bushes and trees

• General yard maintenance

• Standing and bending for significant periods of time

• Working outside in warm/hot conditions

• Working on ladders

Hours: Full Time or Part Time

- Full Time: 7:00am – 5:00pm

40 hours per week

Monday through Thursday OR Tuesday through Friday

- Part Time: Flexible hours
