Nature Coast Clinical Research is seeking a positive, outgoing, mature, highly motivated professional to serve as our Recruitment Specialist. Good communication and time management skills required. Computer skills are a must-have. 

• Provide patient recruitment support to coordinators through phone screening, chart review, etc.
• Coordinate advertising for patient recruitment through print, radio, television, and other advertising modalities
• Manage patient referrals from multiple central sponsor study portals
• Plan and coordinate Learn with the Leaders events, educational luncheons with physicians and patients
• Coordinate and provide staff support for health fairs and community events
• Identify potential sources for new patient populations
• Compile recruitment data/reports as requested by management
• Compile weekly study status reports
• Attend recruitment/coordinator meetings and provide recommendations for recruitment
• Interface with physician providers to facilitate patient identification
• Schedule potential patients identified through the screening process
• Establish positive working rapport with study patients, physicians, investigators, referring physicians, and research staff
• Maintain clear communication with all research site staff
