Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that their products and equipment issues and/or desires are resolved efficiently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting various technical problems, maintaining systems, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment.

Military, Law Enforcement experience a PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for purchasing and product issues via help desk tickets, phone calls, or in-person interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve customers concerns or issues with products purchased or looking to purchase.
  • Retail Area – manage the retail area including inventory management
  • Support providing details of larger opportunities to BDM for follow-up.
  • Providing technical assistance for product modifications.
  • Processing of orders and payments using our accounting and POS system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and develop solutions to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficient understanding of tactical and industrial equipment, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with office software applications and their configurations.
  • Mathematical Skills – The ability to add, subtract, multiply and calculate units of measure correctly.
  • Familiarity with CRM's
  • Previous experience in a technical support role or help desk environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75 - $20.50 per hour
